Returns

Customers select the product they want to return from their account and fill out the return form provided by explaining why they would like to return the product. The customer receives a return tracking code via UPS once their return form is approved by Persodias. 


Customers either request pick-up service or ship the product by visiting a nearby approved shipping company (UPS,DHL etc) branch to return the product. The tracking code should be placed on the parcel and the return form should be sent with the product.


Customers can return the product within 30 days of its purchase. Once the customer notifies Persodias about the return, they should send the product immediately. Only products manufactured by Persodias can be returned. The product should not be damaged, should not show any wear, or cosmetic defect, and should not undergo any modifications or resize process before returning the item to Persodias. 


Products with GIA certificates can not be returned. Products that have gone through any modifications such as resizing can not be returned. Once the return process begins, it might take up to 15 days to approve the request placed by the customer as a series of quality checks need to be performed by Persodias. The overall return process can take up to 30 days.

For UK customers, the return process is free of charge as long as it is placed within 30 days of the item’s delivery. For all our international customers, all related return and shipping charges should be paid by the customer.

Full Refund


All customers are eligible for a free refund if the product is returned within 30 days of its purchase:


Products should be returned:


  • Undamaged,

  • Unused,

  • Without any resizing or modification

  • Without showing any signs of damage and wear,

  • With original security tag, packaging and certificate intact,



Please keep in mind that products with GIA certificates cannot be returned.



Once the items sent by the customer are checked, Persodias, approval of the return can take up to 15 business days to process.
Once the items sent by the customer are checked by Persodias, approval of the return can take 15 business days. If the customer has placed multiple orders, please mind that only the latest order can be returned within 30 days of its delivery.


After a thorough check, Persodias reserves the right to reject any returned item if it is used,  damaged, or found to have any defect on it. Any such rejected item will be returned back to the member with no refund.


Resize

Free resizing service is valid for the first year of the product. The service is only applicable to products purchased from Persodias. If you are sending your product for a free resizing service and all shipping charges should be covered by customers unless they are within the 30-day Warranty Policy. 


All our UK and international shipments come with a 30-day Warranty Policy.


Resize services affects the warranty period of the purchased product, therefore once resized, the product cannot be returned for any reason.

Repair

In order to get a free repair, the product should be sent to Persodias in the same way it was received by the customer. All accessories, documents, stones, and other complimentary packaging pieces should be returned. Persodias reserves the right to reject any responsibility if the package has any items. All customers are responsible for all the shipping costs while sending their products back to Persodias.
