Free 1-Year Warranty

Products that Persodias sells are fully guaranteed. Starting from the day the customer received the initial order, all of our products are covered by a one-year warranty. Your jewelry is covered by our warranty against flaws in manufacturing, production, and craftsmanship.

Additionally, extended product plans are also available for purchase through the shopping cart. 

Extended product plans will be invalid, and the jewelry item will no longer be covered by the plan if you have any resizing or repair work done by another jeweler or a third party.

Warranty Conditions

1. The shipping costs for returning the items to Persodias are the customer's responsibility.

2. Before returning an item, the customer should ensure that it is securely packaged. No items that are lost or stolen will be replaced by Persodias.

3. The customer must use a tracking shipping method when returning the goods. No tracking will be processed for packages.

4. Persodias reserves the right to void the warranty on any items showing signs of modification, abuse, or damage beyond "normal wear," as determined by our jewelry experts.
