Shipping Policy
At Persodias we do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time. You will be provided with an estimated arrival time for your order during checkout. As each product is individually customized according to the customer, the estimated arrival date (delivery time) varies depending on the product. Persodias provides an estimated arrival time considering any delays that might be caused due to product customization, or any issues during shipment.
Tax is excluded from the price and the sales tax amount is calculated according to the country and shipping destination during checkout. Other than that, sometimes, extra customs charges may apply depending on the country that Persodias can not be hold responsible.
If your products arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know as soon as possible. We make every effort to deliver our products to you in excellent condition. Any damaged items must be returned by certified delivery to Persodias, per our reserve return policy. You can count on our customer service staff to replace your item or give you a refund.
We can only offer a refund or replacement for defective or damaged goods, which is unfortunate. Since our products are perishable, you do not otherwise have the right to revoke your order or any other agreement we may have, and we are unable to provide refunds or accept returns of those items.
As Persodias we are conscious that some of our many customers purchase our items for special and once-in-a-lifetime occasions, such as wedding favors, and birthday or anniversary gifts, and may wish to keep their purchases private. We're happy to help you deliver your items while sticking to the element of surprise. If that is the case with your order, please contact us via email. Persodias team will be happy to help you with your request.
As all Persodias items are shipped from the UK, you don't have to pay UK customs duties or UK import duties. Please be careful when ordering from countries outside the UK as any below 500$ will automatically be subject to shipping costs, VAT, and sales tax. For insurance reasons, we cannot reroute a shipment once it has been shipped from Persodias and any international orders below 500$ will be subjected to 50$ shipping fee.
Cancellations
All orders can be canceled within 3 hours, any order that exceeds this duration can not be canceled as the order is being processed.
Shipment
All orders come in shipping boxes with their PD certificates.
Please check with local authorities prior to placing your order as international customers are responsible for any duties, VAT taxes, or surcharges imposed or assessed by the country.
Tracking
Persodias makes it easy for you to track and know when you can expect the delivery of your product. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipment email along with the tracking number for you to track the order.
The tracking number provided in the order confirmation email can be used to follow your order. You should also frequently check your "Junk" and "Spam" folders for any emails we may have missed.
Returns
You can exchange it or return your purchase for a full refund if you're unsatisfied. Free returns should be placed within 30 days. The product should not be used, damaged, scratched, resized, modified, or customized in any way to comply with our Return policy. The product should not have any visible or functional damage. Products with GIA certificates can’t be returned.
If you are not happy with the item you received you can place a return, refund, and exchange request for all UK orders, Persodias provides a free return for all products within 30 days of their delivery. For all orders placed outside the UK, sales tax can not be returned to the customer and all related shipping and insurance costs should be paid by the customer.
For all our domestic customers, Persodias offer free shipping within the USA. In order to place a return request, please fill out the Online Return Form on our website first and then return the item you purchased with its relevant documentation, receipt, and components after requesting the free shipping label for the purchase. For internal return requests, all shipping and insurance costs should be paid by the customer.
It can take up to 15 business days to perform quality checks on the returned item. Hence, accepting returns may take up to 15 days.
