Resize Policy

Persodias offers 1 free resizing service within the first year after the product is purchased. However, as resize services affect the warranty, the product cannot be returned again for any reason once resized. 

Please be advised of the below:

• One-time free repairing service is valid within the first year of the purchase.

  
  

• Shipping charges are not covered by Persodias.

  
  

• The product should be packed carefully and sent without any missing pieces and accessories. 

  
  

• Valid only for a single resizing for up to three sizes up or any size down.

  
  

• Only valid on full-price items; sale items are not included.

  
  

• Resize may have an impact on any engraving that is done. We make every effort to prevent it from being impacted, but sometimes if it is unavoidable, the ring can be re-engraved without any engraving fees.

  
  

• Resizing service is only available for products manufactured by Persodias.
